Our flagship cider is a true blend of old world tradition and unbridled NorthWest spirit. Wild fermented bittersweet cider apples are blended with American heritage varieties to create a beautifully complete cider.

BRAMBLEBERRY

Oregon grown marionberries and blackberries are blended with dessert apples to create a cider that tantalizes the palate. Slightly tannic sour notes up front are balanced by a jammy mid palate and dry finish.

SPRINGBOARD SEMI-SWEET

Springboard semi-sweet is the cider that will spring you into a love affair with proper cider. It has rich apple, vanilla and tropical fruit notes. Not too dry, nor too sweet, this is a balanced cider that everyone can enjoy.

STRAWBERRY FIELDS

Strawberry Fields is Oregon spring epitomized in a glass. Made with Northwest grown strawberries and dessert apples, this cider is strawberry jam-forward with nice balance.

BLUEBERRY LEMON

Wild fermented dessert apples blended with Northwest grown blueberries and Meyer lemon. This cider is blueberry forward and notes of citrus. A crushable cider that finishes semi-sweet.

CHERRY BLUSH

Utilizing native yeast, we co-fermented sweet cherries and dessert apples that combine for a bright and delicious cider. This cider has a gorgeous blush color and delightful cherry notes while finishing semi-dry.

MARIONBERRY IMPERIAL

An ice cider, aged in bourbon barrels for over a year then blended with local Marion berries. A perfect balance between a wine and cider. Jammy marionberry notes with lingering apple and rich tannins.

WHITE BARN ESTATE CUVEE 2019

This limited bottling of Estate grown bittersweet and bitter sharp apples was wild fermented over winter. A rich, leathery front palate that transitions into delightful notes of baked apple and bright bittersweet apple. A dry finish, tannins linger on the palate enticing you for another sip.

A Brittany Style Pommeau made with French Bittersweet apples that were pressed and blended with apple brandy, then aged for two years.

Llyn Fawr, the lady of the lake, is a Brittany style cider. Using a low and slow fermentation over winter, this cider has a beautiful and rich aromatic composition of ripe fruit, apple forwardness and winter spice. With a touch of sweetened that is brightened by a bit of acidity, this cider livens up the palate. Meant to be aged, this cider will only get better with age.
